Danroy Henry Sr. is the co-founder of the DJ Henry Dream Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of his son, Danroy "DJ" Henry Jr., whose life was tragically cut short by police violence in 2010. In the wake of unimaginable loss,

Henry turned grief into action, building a foundation that empowers young people by providing access to athletics, the arts, and community programs—opportunities that DJ himself cherished.  He is an artist, public speaker and former member of several for and non profit Boards of Directors.
